NAD Electronics provides complimentary shipping for all products bought from NADelectronics.com. Upon successful purchase and payment clearance, your shipping details will be promptly sent to you. While most purchased items typically leave the warehouse within 2 business days, please be aware that shipping duration may extend in certain instances due to holidays or office closures.

We are confident that you will be pleased with your recent NADelectronics.com purchase. Should you wish to return the product within 30 days and seek a refund, we will gladly reimburse you the purchase price inclusive of tax, excluding the flat rate ($20) shipping cost*.
*The $20 flat rate shipping cost will be deducted from the refund during the return and refund processing.

How to Initiate a 30-day Return:
All 30-day returns require a corresponding Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact customer service at the NADelectronics.com store to obtain an RMA and receive return shipping instructions.
Your refund credit will be reflected on your card 5-7 days after the returned goods are received in their original condition.
Cancellations
You can request the cancellation of your NAD order on the same day it was placed (unless the product is on backorder). Please be aware that your request may not be approved if your order has already been shipped.
